My First Digital Scrapbooking Page

I am not a scrapbooker. I tried to be one. It didn't work out. But, I was intrigued by the newer digital method enough that I thought I'd have another crack at it. So, here is my first attempt, thanks to the guidance and template of a friend and a wonderful online tutorial. I still don't think I will be a scrapbooker, but it was fun to learn something new!

  1. That is just adorable! Great work! I am not a scrapbooker either. Wears me out just thinking about it. Blogging is good enough for me.

  2. I'm not a scrapbooker either. Nonscarpbookers of the world unite! I am thinking about doing some of those photo books for my kids though (like what you did but way easier).

Happy birthday and congrats to Maddy!

  3. That's a great first page! When I look back at my first scrapbooking pages I have to sort of cringe. I can't look at peach and seafoam green without being reminded of my awful Junior High School scrapbook! Blech! Of course, you also have a very adorable subject to document, too!

  9. Ames, I used a tutorial at www.theshabbyshoppe.com, and we have Photoshop CS2. DH uses it a lot for his digital pictures, making panoramas and stuff.

And I'm glad that she can fix it!
